Dr Prem Kumar Agarwal is a former Judge under the Judicature of Hon’ble Calcutta High Court, and founder faculty of WB National University of Judicial Sciences, Kolkata. Presently, he is serving as the officer in Charge of the Government Centre of Legal Education. He is a visiting faculty and trainer at the National Judicial Academy of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, WB Judicial Academy of the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court, Administrative Academy and Police Academy.
