
Education is the backbone of every nation and its development always depends on quality education. So, the object of this book is to create awareness of the rights of education, more particularly to minorities people of the country. The author is confident that this book will immensely help to the minorities people to know about their educational rights. They can also enjoy the scope of education as provided by the government of India. The author has elaborately discussed all the important decisions of the Supreme Court as the High Courts of India to date relating to the educational rights of minorities as provided in Articles 29 and 30 of the Constitution of India. In this book, the author did not end her effort but further discovered the demerits in the above articles of the Constitution and recommended its removal, of the educational rights of minorities. Key Features

Dr Nayna Chatterji an Assistant Professor of Law (Presently in the Chair of Vice-Principal) of South Calcutta Law College, affiliated to the University of Calcutta. She was groomed & nurtured in the small town of Agartala, in the State of Tripura. After completing 10+2 she came to Calcutta for higher study. She completed her graduation (BA LL B 5 years) and MA in Sociology, LL M & PhD in Law.
She joined as a full time contractual teacher in 2009 and was appointed as Assistant Professor in Law through West Bengal College Service Commission in 2016. During this period she did not stop her endeavour but participated in different seminars, workshops, symposium besides publishing some articles in few reputed journals.
